The view from our room was stunning, but air conditioning was noisy as anything, making it tough to sleep. But the location in Chinatown is fantastic!

Had a proper boss time! The views from the 25th floor were unbelievable, make sure you check it out. The breakfast was decent, but the lifts were a bit noisy. this place is sound for a short stay!

the hotel was an absolute disaster! windows had bubbly tinting making me feel like I was in a funhouse. and let's not even start on the noise from the bar next door. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for all the chaos, but no, just disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

The jacuzzi suite had more luxury, yet the overall place felt threadbare.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We loved the location, perfect for checking out the Grand Palace and exploring the lively street food scene. The friendly staff made everything easy, and the atmosphere was laid-back. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop views. they're stunning! The swimming pool was also a great spot to chill after a day of sightseeing.

We did face some noise issues from other rooms and the street outside, which could be a bother at night. It didn't ruin our trip, but it's something to consider if you're a light sleeper.

great staff support but language barrier

The staff were always happy and obliging, which made our stay enjoyable. I also loved the outstanding city view from my room, it truly enhanced my experience.

Language was a small problem but it was manageable with a translator app.

i loved how everything was just outside the hotel, with great food options and a night market that sprung up just a few steps away, which made walking around an absolute delight after a day of sightseeing.

Great location for wholesale shopping with every type of market close by super friendly staff made us feel at home and the room was always clean
